Job summary

All Surfaces is seeking a Commercial Business Development - Specifications Manager to expand our Kansas/Missouri/Western IA/Eastern Nebraska footprint. You will generate specifications through frequent calls with End-Users, Architects and Designers, flooring contractors, and general contractors.

Responsibilities include driving 70–75% customer-facing sales and 25–30% account maintenance, with travel across the assigned territory and continuous prospecting for new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Flooring industry; solid surface a plus.
• Minimum 4 years in B2B sales, marketing, architecture or interior design.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel 50–80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls with architects, designers and contractors to specify products.
• Travel throughout the territory to call on existing and new customers.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including specs, orders, and delivery coordination.
• Follow up on leads from manufacturers, managers, and networking groups.
• Build relationships with customers through meetings and events; present product updates.
• Act as SME for product lines and maintain LinkedIn marketing activities.
