Job summary

All Surfaces Inc. is seeking a Commercial Business Development - Specifications Manager to drive sales and specifications in Kansas, Missouri, Western IA, and Eastern Nebraska. The role focuses on end-user, architect, designer, and contractor interactions to grow the commercial flooring business.

Daily travel within the region and active participation in industry events are required. The candidate will be a SME for six product lines and will collaborate with the Direct Sales team to close

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B sales or marketing.
• Minimum 3 years’ flooring industry experience (premium or commercial) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% of the time and attend events.

Responsibilities

• 70-75% of time on customer-facing sales with architects, designers, and contractors.
• Follow up with customers via calls or virtual presentations.
• Travel daily within the assigned area to call on existing and prospective customers.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including opportunities, specs, orders, delivery, and installation oversight.
• Build relationships with customers through lunches, dinners, events and networking.
• Represent six product lines for the region and stay active in industry associations.
