Job summary

LAI Fleet is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to identify and pursue new business in a dynamic fleet management environment. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, using consultative selling to grow the customer base and achieve quotas.

In this role you will manage activity in a CRM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive positive customer experiences from acquisition to ongoing service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Finance preferred).
• Clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in an outside sales environment.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain them as long-term customers using a consultive selling approach.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activity, pipeline and opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
