Job summary

The City of Englewood is seeking a Fleet Services Supervisor within Public Works to oversee maintenance of city vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

You will lead a team, manage preventive maintenance programs, budget and CERF, coordinate intergovernmental agreements, and optimize parts purchasing and vendor contracts to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in automotive industry
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, supervise, and review staff work for vehicle/equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with intergovernmental partners for vehicle maintenance agreements.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Oversight of fleet budget, CERF, and parts purchasing/contracts.
