TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico LLC is seeking a Director of Fleet and Inland Transportation in Jacksonville, FL. The role oversees daily fleet operations, inland functions, and a high-performing team to ensure optimal inventory, maintenance, and client service.

The position requires leadership across departments, budget management, safety compliance, and coordination with vendors and customers. Travel to Puerto Rico is expected for equipment oversight and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage Department Managers.
• Build a high-performing operations team and coach leaders for growth.
• Manage budgets for operations and risk while controlling costs.
• Oversee fleet and inland operations with internal and external vendors.
• Ensure safety programs, hazardous materials handling and risk management.
• Negotiate service contracts, drayage rates, and fuel charges.
• Report utilization, productivity and budgeting to Senior Manager.
