  • Maritime crewing or marine personnel experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end crewing operations for the company's managed fleet.
  • Oversee recruitment, deployment, rotation, and repatriation of seafarers.
  • Develop and implement crewing strategies that support safe manning levels, crew availability, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.
  • Manage crew certifications, licenses, medical examinations, visas, travel arrangements, and training records for regulatory compliance.
  • Foster relationships with unions, regulatory agencies, training institutions, manning agencies, and stakeholders.
