Job summary

TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced M&R Coordinator to oversee maintenance and repair operations for fleet and terminal assets. The role reports to the Equipment Manager and coordinates with vendors, parts suppliers, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective, compliant M&R activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in M&R, a business-related degree, strong English communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of M&R experience.
• Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education / experience required.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to comprehend, speak and write English.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• IICL Certification on Dry and Reefer containers preferred (will be required to obtain upon hiring).

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and approve M&R invoices.
• Ensure that all M&R related costs are in line with the established plan / budget.
• Provide detailed explanation of all cost related variances when experienced.
• Ensure compliance of all M&R related procedures.
• Coordinate M&R priorities with other departments, staff and vendors.
• Maintain M&R ISO SOPs and Work Instructions annually.
• Oversight of telematics and parts inventory.
• Support M&R activities in other locations when required.
