Job summary

TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico seeks a TMPR-M and R Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL to lead maintenance and repair activities across equipment and terminal assets. You will manage cost control, ensure procedures compliance, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

With at least five years in M&R and a business-related degree, you will monitor budgets, maintain fleet records in EAM, and support after-hours reefers monitoring. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of M&R experience.
• Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience with fleet management and refrigeration knowledge is preferred.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and approve M&R invoices.
• Ensure M&R costs align with the budget plan.
• Provide explanations of cost variances.
• Coordinate M&R priorities with departments and vendors.
• Maintain M&R records and documentation in EAM.
• Support M&R activities in other locations as needed.
• Oversee parts inventory and warranty programs.
