Job summary

Mike Albert Fleet Solutions seeks a project manager to lead end-to-end client fleet support implementations. You will develop and manage implementation plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor milestones and deliverables while proactively addressing risks that could affect timelines.

The role includes cross-department collaboration, educating clients on best practices, and maintaining project artifacts. Occasional travel for on-site client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in client consulting or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client facing teams to understand fleet support needs and contracted services.
• Tailor standardized project plans to meet client needs.
• Lead cross departmental meetings to communicate implementation requirements and goals.
• Educate clients and associates on service implementation best practices.
• Manage multiple client projects and coordinate internal and external tasks to keep on schedule.
• Provide timely project status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate new account activations, closings, transfers, and changes.
• Maintain expertise on current products and service offerings.
• Create and maintain client documents including flowcharts, plans, communications, and training materials.
• Suggest improvements to templates and best practices.
• Document project scope with agendas and action summaries for clients.
