Job summary

Fleetwood, part of Terex Corporation, seeks an Inventory Control Analyst II to manage inventories of raw materials and finished goods and keep the master schedule aligned with forecasted sales and distribution. You will analyze inventory levels, production speed, and demand to optimize reorder points and minimize costs.

The role requires maintaining the inventory system, supporting lean initiatives, and communicating effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Must be organized, able to prioritize, meet deadlines and adapt.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain inventory system for raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor and update the master schedule and report daily inventory adjustments.
• Audit processes and recommend system improvements.
• Resolve discrepancies and inter-company transfer issues.
• Transact inventory activities including BOM maintenance and cycle counts.
• Prepare summaries related to inventory accuracy and support lean activities.
