Job summary

LAI Fleet is seeking an experienced outside sales professional for its Boston team. You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate long-term customer relationships, and drive quota attainment in a consultative, relationship-focused selling environment.

You will utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery for fleet management solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Finance preferred but not required).
• Experience working with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in an outside sales environment.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain them as long-term customers using a consultative selling approach.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activity, pipeline and opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
