Qualifications

• Solid understanding of corporate finance and transaction cycles with execution focus.
• Excellent communication with senior professionals and stakeholders across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the analysis and structuring of transactions across asset classes.
• Support origination by identifying revenue opportunities and client needs.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and present market updates.
• Build and maintain client relationships, pitching ideas and strategic solutions.
• Coordinate execution with sales, trading, banking, risk, legal and operations.
• Engage with rating agencies, legal counsel, and control functions to ensure deal success.
• Contribute to new product development and platform expansion.
• Track industry developments to inform product strategy and growth.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.
