Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analyst for the Strategic Financing Solutions team in New York. You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, preparing pitches and internal memos while supporting senior team members across product areas.

You will assist in structuring and originating corporate financings, coordinate with trading desks and clients, and analyze market developments to inform opportunities across assets and sponsors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a markets-related transactional role or front-office banking/finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand transaction structures across asset classes and analyze financing needs.
• Prepare materials for client calls and meetings, including market updates and product explanations.
• Coordinate among sales, trading, risk, legal and operations to drive execution.
• Develop new products and platforms to expand credit financing offerings.
• Track market developments and support cross-unit collaboration.
