JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its industry-leading Leveraged Finance team in New York. The role focuses on developing relationships with corporate and financial clients and executing across M&A, restructurings, loans, and debt/equity raises.

You will act as the primary day-to-day client contact, coordinate junior bankers, refine materials, and oversee financial projections while identifying risks and coordinating with external parties to close transactions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Leveraged Finance (front office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with concise articulation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel modeling and valuation work.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on capital markets transactions.
• Reviewing and coordinating the analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution process forward.
• Refining marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact.
• Overseeing the creation of financial projection models.
• Identifying and managing all risks in a given deal.
• Liaising with lawyers, accountants, and counterparties on transactions.
