Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York invites an Analyst to join the Strategic Financing Solutions (SFS) team.

You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, from marketing pitches and financial analysis to committee memoranda and client presentations across a broad range of asset classes. You will support senior bankers, coordinate with trading desks, risk, legal, and operations, and contribute to developing new products and platforms in credit and loan financing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a markets related transactional role or front office investment banking experience.
• Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Quick learner with ability to learn products across asset classes and industries.
• Team player able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and transaction cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of and analyze transaction structures across asset classes (including Digital Infrastructure ABS, Bespoke Loans, and securitizations).
• Analyze corporate financing needs and assets to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare materials for client calls and meetings, including presentations on new products and market updates.
• Coordinate among sales, trading, banking, risk, legal and other parties to facilitate execution.
• Develop new products and platforms to deepen the bank’s offerings in credit and loan financing; track market developments.
