Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Associate to join the Strategic Financing Solutions team.

The Associate will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, from marketing pitches to client presentations, working with senior professionals across Banking, Markets and Corporate teams. The role involves supporting origination, structuring and development of financing transactions across product areas, coordinating with trading desks and legal teams in a dynamic Capital Markets

Qualifications

Minimum two years in a markets related transactional role or front office investment banking experience.
Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze complex financial data.
Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive and capable of leading initiatives.
Hands-on with deal execution from origination to closing.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of transaction structures across asset classes.
Prepare materials for client calls and meetings; participate in client discussions.
Coordinate among sales, trading, Banking, Risk, legal and other parties to execute transactions.
Track industry developments and support marketing content development.
Support and manage all aspects of the SFS business across product areas.
