Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in its Credit & Fund Finance team to lead the full lifecycle of transactions, from origination through execution and post-close management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Sector specialization to support scaling initiatives (digital infra / infra fund finance / sports financing / ABF).
• Strong understanding of asset managers and institutional investors, particularly private funds.
• Strong communication, work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mentality.
• Resilience across lengthy negotiations and long lead-time marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and levels.
• Series 7 and 63 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute credit and fund financing solutions across infra, sports, and ABF.
• Partner with Sales, Trading, Global Banking, and the Private Bank to define client strategy and drive execution.
• Support senior leaders in risk and control frameworks for new transactions.
• Negotiate terms sheets and legal documents with Trading and other stakeholders.
• Develop, scale, and coordinate go-to-market for infrastructure and ABF fund financing.
• Accelerate sports financing origination by deepening sponsor and league relationships.
• Manage post-transaction dialogue and expansion into related Markets financing products.
• Provide high-quality product guidance and market context to internal partners.
• Lead structuring workstreams for collateral and intercreditor terms with Trading, Risk, and Legal.
• Contribute to Global Structuring across institutional financing and solutions teams.
