Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President for the Strategic Financing Solutions (SFS) team to drive business strategy, lead transaction execution, and support origination across strategic financing transactions.

You will manage the full cycle of execution, including developing and presenting marketing pitches, overseeing financial analysis, and delivering client presentations in a dynamic Capital Markets environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a markets-related transactional role.
• Ability to originate and execute complex transactions.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with senior professionals and key stakeholders.
• Liaison with cross-functional teams across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the analysis and structuring of transactions across a wide range of asset classes.
• Support origination by identifying and developing revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver materials for client meetings; lead client calls and meetings.
• Build and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries and pitching ideas.
• Manage the execution process; coordinate among sales, trading, Banking, Risk, legal, and operations.
• Work with rating agencies, legal counsel, internal control functions, and deal parties to ensure execution.
• Contribute to the development of new products and platforms in credit and loan financing.
• Track industry and market developments to inform strategy and growth.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
