Job summary

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, audits, cash flow, and internal controls, while communicating complex financial information to senior management and guiding sound business decisions under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Experience leading a finance team and managing end-to-end accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, AR, AP, GL, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure proper monitoring of finances.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital.
