Job summary

Image Strategic Partners seeks a Controller to oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role collaborates with operations leadership and ownership to drive strategic decision support and operational efficiency.

The position supervises payroll, AP, AR, and accounting staff, maintains internal controls, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in accounting or finance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
• Conduct monthly closing activities.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank accounts regularly.
• Generate and present financial reports for all companies and divisions.
• Monitor daily financial activities including AP, AR, payroll, and accounting functions.
• Coordinate annual tax filings with external CPA.
