Cranemasters is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead accounting operations, develop financial reports, and maintain robust controls across the organization.

You will oversee A/P, A/R, payroll, budgeting, tax, and P&L, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with GAAP, while guiding strategic financial initiatives.

The role requires a strong leader who can manage cash flow, close monthly/year-end processes, and collaborate with senior management to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience, construction or rail preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficient with Timberline and ViewPoint.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic initiatives and annual business plans.
• Lead all accounting and financial functions (A/P, payroll, reporting, taxes, P&L).
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain controls and accounting policies to improve efficiency.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings and audits.
