You will maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and TPAs while designing education campaigns and supporting sales with expert service knowledge. The position requires financial services experience, licenses (FINRA Series 6/7, Series 63 within 90 days) and travel ability; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in financial services or 2 years in defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 within 90 days.
• State insurance license.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, brokers, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans to identify key clients and actions.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics (performance, diversification, suitability).
• Partner with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns.
• Support sales reps with presentations and serve as subject matter expert on service model and process.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
