Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in financial services or 2 years in defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 63 required within 90 days.
• State insurance license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and define actions to manage relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics including performance, diversification and suitability.
• Partner with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns to boost participation and contributions.
• Support sales reps with presentations and serve as a subject matter expert on the Voya Service Model and installation process.
