Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, brokers and TPAs.
• Develop business plans to grow relationships and assets.
• Consult with clients and brokers on topics like performance and investment suitability.
• Partner with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns.
• Support sales reps with presentations and serve as SME on service models and processes.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
