Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Finance Support Manager to partner with business stakeholders across the organization. The role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics to drive strategic decision-making.

You will build and maintain models, conduct scenario analyses, and deliver insights to senior leaders. Ideal candidates have an MBA with Finance/Accounting focus and 4–7 years of FP&A experience, with strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• MBA with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range models.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Analyze results, variances, and drivers; communicate insights clearly.
