You will partner with General Managers and leaders, delivering decision support and ensuring financial rigor across budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling to forecast impact of decisions and investments.
• Develop models to support strategic business decisions and profitability.
• Provide GMss with insights for profitable actions and pricing decisions.
• Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for markets.
• Standardize reporting to increase speed, accuracy, and insights.
• Drive improvements in financial and statistical reporting.
