Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis with financial reporting and analysis.
• At least 2 years of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, or operating-plan development.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for an assigned business unit, including revenue and expenses.
• Partner with business leaders to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, explain results, and support informed decisions.
• Provide management reporting and analysis to improve visibility into performance, with focus on services-based operations.
• Prepare and maintain forecasts and operating plans; identify trends, risks, opportunities and variances against plan.
• Respond to ad hoc leadership requests by connecting data from multiple sources and delivering actionable findings.
• Coordinate with regions to support global reporting, forecasting, and consolidation of insights.
• Analyze general ledger activity and data quality to improve reporting and visibility.
