Job summary

The role requires strong financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to management. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree and 4+ years of finance/accounting experience are essential, with experience in transportation or logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years finance and/or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of income statements and balance sheets.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills for data analysis, vlookups, pivots, and charts.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis including forecasting and branch performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities for cost and productivity improvements with GLM/LM.
• Manage month-end closing, journal entries, and variance explanations.
• Handle customer invoicing and revenue posting to the GL; monitor aging.
• Provide financial training to operations staff; ensure SOX compliance.
