Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years Finance and/or Accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of income statements and balance sheets.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills: analyzing large datasets, vlookups/hlookups, pivot tables, filtering, waterfall charts.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: forecasting, business planning and branch performance analysis.
• Operational Initiatives: identify opportunities for cost/productivity improvements with GLM/LM.
• Month-End Closing: journal entries, variance explanations, GL research for billing opportunities.
• Customer invoicing and revenue posting to GL; monitor monthly aging reports.
• Training: provide financial training to operations staff.
• SOX Compliance: audits as needed; liaise with Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting.
