Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with accounting/finance groups on reporting.
• Motivation, proactive ownership, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Analyze actual results vs forecast, budget, and prior year performance.
• Support forecasting and budgeting: revenue, margin, op ex, working capital analysis.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and BU leaders for actionable financial insights.
• Assist with month-end close, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Support inventory, profitability, and working capital analysis.
• Drive reporting improvements and automation opportunities.
