Zusammenfassung

Arrow Electronics seeks a Senior Accountant in Internal Reporting to consolidate worldwide financial results and prepare executive reports. You will review intercompany transactions, ensure accurate accounting, and collaborate with finance, tax, and external auditors in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on improving reporting processes, supporting month-end close, and driving automation while working in a hybrid structure with planned on-site and remote days.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
• 4+ years accounting experience.
• Experience working for publicly traded companies and/or public accounting and/or in fast paced environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Analyze monthly financial results from businesses around the world.
• Prepare and/or review financial reports for leadership including ad-hoc requests.
• Reconcile more complex balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assess journal entries for compliance with US GAAP.
• Review international statutory financial statements.
• Develop and implement process efficiencies and automation.
• Train accounting teams on Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system.
• Participate and/or lead projects with cross-functional teams.
• Interact with internal and external auditors and provide requested information.
• As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.
