Arrow in Denver seeks a Financial Analyst II to support monthly/quarterly financials, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. You will develop financial models, partner with sales and business units, and assist with month-end close to deliver accurate management reporting.

Hybrid work arrangement applies, with in-office days at Panorama Arrow Building and remote days otherwise. A 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience are typical for this role, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with various accounting/finance groups to support reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Analyze actual financial results versus forecast, budget, and prior year performance.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes, including revenue, margin, operating expense, and working capital analysis.
• Develop financial models and business case analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Business Unit leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
• Assist with month-end close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Support inventory, profitability, and working capital analysis.
• Enhance reporting effectiveness through process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
