Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Regional Accounting Manager with accounting and financial analysis. You will help close monthly books, consolidate weekly estimates, and prepare reports for leadership, while collaborating with Accounting, Operations, and Corporate teams.

Will work across locations, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls. Requires 3–5 years in a financial analyst or accounting role and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management, or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and consolidate weekly financial estimates and narratives for unit reporting.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial performance reports.
• Assist in monthly journal entries and review financial reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly operational reviews.
