Pilgrim’s is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Regional Accounting Manager in month‑end close, forecasting, and reporting. You will consolidate weekly estimates, analyze performance, and prepare reports for leadership across Accounting, Operations, and Corporate teams.

Based in one of Pilgrim’s facilities (Douglas, GA or other). The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, SOX compliance, and process improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a financial analyst, accounting, or related role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and SOX understanding.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling, pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily financial and operational data to identify trends and variances.
• Coordinate and consolidate weekly financial estimates and narratives.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial performance reports.
• Assist in monthly journal entries and close processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reviews with leadership.
• Develop KPI data and financial presentations for management.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with company policies.
