Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Regional Accounting Manager in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role interacts with Accounting, Operations, and Corporate teams and may be located at multiple Pilgrim's facilities across the U.S.

You will prepare reports, analyze performance, and participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and controls. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• SOX awareness and internal control experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and modeling.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily financial and operating data to identify trends and variances.
• Coordinate and consolidate weekly financial estimates and narratives.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial performance reports.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and reports for leadership.
• Assist in monthly journal entries and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and quarterly reviews.
• Gather KPI data and develop management presentations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Corporate teams.
