Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Regional Accounting Manager across month-end close, forecasting, and reporting. You will consolidate weekly estimates, prepare KPI presentations, and participate in budgeting processes.

The role requires collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and Corporate teams at multiple levels. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial analysis or accounting, solid GAAP knowledge, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• SOX and internal controls understanding.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional accounting in month-end closing and forecasting.
• Coordinate weekly financial estimates and narratives for reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial performance reports.
• Develop ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Assist in posting monthly journal entries.
• Review reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI data gathering.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects.
