Job summary

Clarios seeks a seasoned VP Finance, Strategic Planning & Business Operations to lead regional finance, FP&A, and operations finance. The role partners with the President to drive strategic initiatives, planning, and long-range deployment across commercial and support functions.

Responsibilities include building financial tools, improving results, and guiding acquisitions and integrations while ensuring strong internal controls and timely reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, accounting or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, including 5+ years in a senior P&L role within a multinational.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and tactical finance activities for the regional business, including FP&A, operations and supply chain finance.
• Partner with the President and functions to develop and support strategic initiatives and improve financial results.
• Develop, maintain and communicate financial tools and metrics; support capital investments and due diligence.
• Deliver risk analysis, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to senior management.
• Oversee Strategy Leadership and Organization development across the region.
