Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred).
• 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience with P&L ownership.
• Experience leading financial reporting, controls, FP&A, and cash management.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making through clear, fact-based insight.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the operating company's financial statements and forecasts; ensure compliance and controls.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital performance; optimize receivables, payables, and inventory to free cash.
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes; establish KPIs tied to growth, margin, cash flow, and working capital.
• Develop financial cases for new products, market expansion, and strategic investments; support M&A activities.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team across accounting, FP&A, and business analysis; drive scalable processes and data analytics.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison to enterprise, segment, and board-level stakeholders; provide clear insights and forward-looking perspectives.
