Job summary

Clarios, a leader in energy storage, seeks a VP Finance to oversee strategic and tactical finance for the regional business, including FP&A, operations and supply chain finance, and central controlling. The role drives mid-to-long range planning and regional strategy deployment, partnering with the President and senior teams to deliver results.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred), 15+ years in finance, with ≥5 years in a senior FP&A role, and CPA

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, accounting or MBA (finance) preferred.
• 15+ years in Finance and Accounting; ≥5 years in a senior FP&A role within a multinational; overseas experience a plus.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead in driving organizational change.
• M&A / due diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President and functional teams to develop and support strategic initiatives and improve financial results.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership across accounting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and SOX-compliant processes.
• Drive regional strategy, operating system ownership, and people development.
• Support pre- and post-acquisition activities including due diligence and integration.
