Job summary

StratasCorp in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead all financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance. Reporting to the President, you will steer budgeting, forecasting, program finance, and reporting while driving growth and profitability across the organization.

You will oversee accounting, internal controls, and financial closes, partnering with program managers on pricing, contract performance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership.
• Gov contracting finance with FAR, CAS, DCAA knowledge.
• Leadership in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic decision support skills.
• US work authorization; no security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to align with corporate objectives.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA, and related regs.
• Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts across units.
• Collaborate with program managers on pricing and profitability.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Advance financial systems and process automation.
