Job summary

Tatum by Randstad is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive client acquisition and growth in the private equity, mid-market, and enterprise finance sectors. The role partners with CFOs to deliver tailored project solutions and interim leadership talent, leveraging proven solution-based selling in finance consulting.

You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, building trusted advisory relationships with senior finance leaders and collaborating with Randstad

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales within professional services, consulting, or finance staffing.
• Experience selling professional services to senior finance stakeholders (Director or C-suite level).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to thrive independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a target account list of CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders.
• Design and propose tailored project solutions and talent strategies.
• Own the full sales lifecycle and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key finance stakeholders.
• Partner with clients to scope projects, define objectives, and align talent.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams and other Randstad business lines on complex engagements.
