Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Engineering Solutions Director to lead strategic, consultative engineering services for enterprise clients. You will design, sell, and implement outcomes-based services that exceed staffing, including managed services and project delivery.

You will partner with executive stakeholders across sectors, own the full solution lifecycle, and drive multi-million-dollar portfolios with a focus on growth, profitability, and client satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

7–12 years in engineering services or project-based consulting.
Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar SOWs.
Experience with executive-level client engagements.
Strong business acumen and financial design of solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and close complex, project-based engineering solutions.
Build executive-level relationships with clients to uncover challenges and deliver value.
Design Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and delivery frameworks.
Own solution financials including pricing strategy and margins.
Manage client experience across the full project lifecycle to ensure outcomes.
