Job summary

Tatum by Randstad is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive client acquisition and growth within the private equity, mid-market, and enterprise finance sectors.

You will partner with the Office of the CFO to design tailored project solutions, own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, and build trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders. This role requires consultative selling and collaboration with Randstad delivery teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in professional services, consulting, or finance staffing.
• Experience selling services to senior finance leaders (Director or CFO level).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or MBA a plus).
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations (close, FP&A, audit, SOX, ERP).
• Proven ability to sell consultative solutions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a target account list of CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders.
• Design and propose tailored project solutions and talent strategies.
• Own the full sales lifecycle and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key finance stakeholders.
• Partner with clients to scope projects, define objectives, and align talent.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and Randstad lines on complex engagements.
