Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with SOX compliance and public company readiness.
• Experience with ERP systems and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance initiatives from planning to execution, including process improvements and control enhancements.
• Coordinate deliverables and milestones across Internal Audit, Accounting, FP&A, and other functions.
• Drive remediation and gap analysis to strengthen internal controls for public company readiness.
• Manage finance review processes, contracts, analyses, and approval workflows.
• Develop project roadmaps, dashboards, and status reports; monitor risks and remediation actions.
