Strong manufacturing finance exposure and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with senior-level responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with operations to improve profitability and working capital.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes for timely reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and product costing.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and advisors; support risk management and internal controls.
