Job summary

King & Spalding LLP in Washington, DC is seeking a Financial Systems Program Manager to lead delivery of firm-wide financial systems initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure on-time, within-budget results aligned with business needs.

The role collaborates closely with Finance leadership, IT, vendors and stakeholders to shape requirements, drive governance, and deliver value across multiple locations within a dynamic, legal-services

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in Program and Portfolio Management
• Large enterprise experience with multiple locations preferred
• PMI PMP certification or ITIL v3 Foundations preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial systems programs and projects from planning through implementation
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and governance documents
• Oversee portfolios in partnership with Finance leadership and IT
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and practices
• Monitor risks and issues, and coordinate mitigation and resolution
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery strategies
• Communicate status, milestones, and business impact to governance bodies
• Lead cross-functional reviews and release management to ensure smooth production transitions
