Job summary

Protingent Staffing seeks a Junior Finance System Analyst for a contract role in Bellevue, WA. The position focuses on integrating finance systems with ERP tools, managing access controls, and supporting system upgrades.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, PMO, and business partners to ensure accurate, timely communication and efficient processes. The ideal candidate has a recent degree or practical experience with financial systems, knowledge of SaaS platforms like Oracle Cloud and Concur,

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or minimum three years of experience with financial and/or business systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
• Experience with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur) in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with Finance, Procurement, PMO, IT, Engineering, and business partners to communicate integration project status.
• Lead weekly timecard submittal and approval processes.
• Respond to and resolve finance systems service desk tickets.
• Gather and document business requirements; prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track system and process issues; ensure resolutions and efficiency.
• Manage user access based on policy and grant appropriate project access.
• Support ERP upgrades with stakeholders and prepare changes for CAB review.
• Assist with ERP functionality design, testing, and implementation.
• Triage project backlog post ERP implementation with Change Advisory Committee approval.
• Continuously evaluate applications and processes for efficiency and scalability.
