Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee large-scale Finance programs across multiple projects with multi-year timelines.

You will align data and technology solutions with business strategies, drive roadmaps, manage program portfolios, and partner with executives to deliver outcomes. This contract role is W2 only (no C2C), with hybrid work and a 12-month length, based in Plano, TX and other locations including San Antonio, TX and Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, or 6 years with a relevant Master's degree, MBA, or Doctorate.
• 3+ years of experience managing others.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
• Strong planning, financial management, and performance management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to align data and technology solutions with business strategies.
• Drive technology roadmaps into actionable programs and projects.
• Manage portfolios with KPIs and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end financial management of program portfolios.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure delivery and governance.
• Provide transparent reporting to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Insurance and Banking divisions.
• Manage external vendors and partners.
• Identify IT products and services to support objectives.
• Develop high-performing PM teams.
• Support change management methodologies.
• Communicate IT services and processes to stakeholders.
