Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance - Commercial in Chicago, IL. You’ll support the sales organization with analytics, monitor customer trends, and identify risks and opportunities to maximize performance.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to translate data into action. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office and relocation-friendly flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Trade Management, or FP&A in a CPG company
• Forecasting and budgeting experience with financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate findings into actions
• Results-oriented with excellent communication across management levels
• Team player able to collaborate in a cross-functional environment
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with SAP, SAC, TPM, PowerBI
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• US work authorization without sponsorship; Chicago-area relocation possible
• Willingness to work in a blended in-office/remote arrangement

Responsibilities

• Provide business analytics support to the sales organization and monitor key metrics
• Analyze changes in volume, price, margin, and profitability by product
• Support trade management for pricing events and promotions
• Develop insights to inform customer programming and forecasts
• Improve reporting processes and design efficient tools
• Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as required
• Participate in the annual operating plan and review deductions with sales
• Collaborate to drive actionable business strategies in a fast-paced environment
