Job summary

CRG Search seeks a Financial Data Analyst – Strategic Analytics to join its corporate finance team. The role centers on financial data analysis, contract compliance, reporting, and data-driven decision support across a large organization.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to identify trends, improve reporting processes, and partner with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with corporate and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to independently assess information and develop sound recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze contractual and financial data, identifying trends and developing reporting to support business decision-making.
• Analyze monthly financial information related to insurance premiums and fringe benefit expenses, identifying opportunities for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and automation solutions to strengthen controls and improve reporting reliability.
• Lead efforts to centralize data collection and improve data accuracy while ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, Field Operations, and Finance to maintain data integrity and support compliance initiatives.
• Develop procedures and controls to ensure compliance with client contracts and financial policies.
• Conduct independent analysis, evaluate findings, and communicate conclusions to stakeholders.
